Dive into: The Importance of Volatility Control Indexes

What are volatility control indexes?

“Indexes that automatically adjust risk to help smooth returns and create more consistent growth opportunities.”

How they work

Think of this gauge as a way to measure how bumpy the market is. On the left side, the green zone, the market is calm — volatility is low. On the right side, the red zone, the market is stormy — volatility is high.

Click between high and low volatility to move the guage.

When volatility is LOW

Increase equity exposure with a goal of enhancing returns (May use leverage to capture more upside).

The goal isn’t to beat the market every year, but to smooth out the ride — fewer big drops, fewer “zero” years, and more consistent results over time. That consistency helps clients feel more confident and makes your annual reviews easier.
