Protect your account with two-step verification
To better safeguard your account information, F&G is has introduced two-step verification on our Policyholder Portal.
What is two-step verification?
Two-step verification is an industry-standard security protocol that provides an additional layer of security to protect your account information.
What should I expect?
The next time you log in to the Policyholder Portal, you’ll be prompted to enable two-step verification. You will do this by entering a code sent via text message, voice call or through your preferred authenticator app. At this time, you may also be prompted to reset your password, if needed for increased security.
From that point on, you'll log in using your email address and new password, if you were prompted to set one. Two-step verification will remain active, protecting your personal information when you use F&G’s Policyholder Portal.
