To safeguard your account information, F&G uses two-step verification on our Policyholder Portal.
What is two-step verification?
Two-step verification is an industry-standard security protocol that provides an additional layer of security to protect your account information.
What should I expect?
When you log in to Policyholder Portal, you’ll be prompted to enable two-step verification. You will do this by entering a code sent via text message, voice call or through your preferred authenticator app. At this time, you may also be prompted to reset your password, if needed for increased security.
From that point on, two-step verification will remain active, protecting your personal information when you use F&G’s Policyholder Portal.
