What is two-step verification?

Two-step verification is an industry-standard security protocol that provides an additional layer of security to protect your account information.

What is a delegate user?

A delegate user is a member of your team who helps you manage your F&G business in SalesLInk. You have the option to add them as a delegate user to your account - meaning they will be able to access and manage your SalesLink information, but will each have their own account and login credentials.

What should I expect?

• When you log in to SalesLink and Training Portal, you'll be prompted to enable two-step verification. You will do this by entering a code sent via text message, voice call or through your preferred authenticator app.
• From that point on, two-step verification will remain active, protecting your personal information when you use F&G's SalesLInk and Training Portal.
• Once you enable two-step verification, you will have the option to add delegate users to your SalesLink account. Your team will not be able to access your account unless you set them up as delegate users.
