MYGA rates are on the rise — effective October 8!

We’re happy to announce the following rate increases on our FG Guarantee-Platinum^® 3, 5 and 7 multi-year guaranteed annuity (MYGA) effective October 8.

• 3-Year: Increasing 35 bps from 3.90% to 4.25%
• 5-Year: Increasing 45 bps from 4.15% to 4.60%
• 7-Year: Increasing 50 bps from 4.25% to 4.75%

Important reminders

• Contracts issued and funded on or after October 8, 2022 will get the updated rates.
• Requests to reissue previously issued contracts with new, higher rates will not be honored.
• Standard rate lock rules apply. Please refer to our rate lock procedures for more details.
