The roll-up rate on Prosperity Elite^® will increase from 6.50% to 7.00% in the states of Hawaii, Florida and Illinois. We are also making the following additional changes to this popular, fixed indexed annuity series: 

• The Enhanced Guaranteed Minimum Withdrawal Benefit (EGMWB) has been modified. 
• Premium bonus will be paid on all first year premiums - not just initial. 
• Removal of the 2-year and 3-year point-to-point crediting methods.
• Any applications issued after the June 9, 2014 allocation date will receive the updated product features.
